Patients are encouraged to direct their attention inwards, using a combination of guided meditation, pranayama (controlled breathing) and functional breath practices, as a welcome to the group session.

Movement

An approachable introduction to Yoga Therapy and integrative body work, designed to support physical and emotional healing as well as overall wellness.

Facilitator Lesson: Didactic Education

Patients are led through a series of activities and discussions, designed to activate prior knowledge and deepen understanding of the current, themed session.

Doc Talk: The Science Explained

The Care-Provider/Doctor gives a themed talk to the patient group using the Inner Atlas doc talk outline, as well as integrating their own wisdom, experience and the latest scientific news on that topic.

Deep Relaxation

Facilitators foster a supportive environment for patients to enter into deep states of conscious relaxation. Including, but not limited to, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and/or Guided Meditations.
